The Talking Magpies, Heckle and Jeckle, open a hot-dog concession stand in Hawaii. The first customer is a dumb dog who becomes the innocent victim of the merry, mischief-making magpies. Another dog, a tough one, is getting the same treatment but not for long. Written by Les Adams
